Spring has finally truly arrived – brighter days, slightly warmer air, and the perfect conditions to take your studies outside! Take the opportunity to sit with your laptop in the sun on a bench on campus, find a quiet spot by a green area, or settle down at an outdoor table when you want to combine studying with some fresh air. For many of you, it will soon be time to leave the university and take your first steps into working life—or perhaps continue your studies. But before that, we of course want to celebrate you and everything amazing you have achieved. On June 4–5, we invite you to the Graduation Ceremony.

Eidar wants to make it easier for newly graduated students to continue living in Trollhättan. Once your studies are completed, you can no longer rent a student apartment, and therefore there is a special graduation priority that applies to vacant apartments in Eidar’s other housing stock.
The graduation priority is aimed at students at University West, regardless of where you lived during your studies.
To be eligible for graduation priority, you must:
- study/have studied at University West
- have obtained a university degree of at least 120 credits (2 years of study)
- have been offered employment within the past 12 months
- present an employment contract with at least 6 months remaining on the contract

Do you want to bring a business idea to life together? Start a cooperative business! Smarter, more fun, and on your own terms. The University has supported an application for Coompanion together with Trollhättan, Vänersborg and Bengtsfors. This means they will employ a total of six micro-innovators part-time so they have time to develop their innovations.
