Free course about stress
Stress is not actually dangerous in itself. It is the absence of recovery that makes stress unhealthy. Once you have completed this course, you will understand why and hopefully view stress in a new light. You will also acquire tools to help you manage your stress, as well as finding answers to many of your questions.

If you want help with math - welcome to the Math Help Center!
There, you can meet teachers who can help you with direct questions, provide help for self-help or refer you to another expert.

This week you can learn more about the support you can get as a student and get study technique tips.
There will be staff available on campus who can answer your questions and create the best possible conditions for you to complete your studies!

Inspera gets a new look
The login page for Inspera (the system used for digital exams) will have a new look starting September 16.
When you log in, you will be greeted by the text Welcome to Candidate login! To log in, click on Log in with your HV-account. You can also choose to display the information in Swedish or English.
When you are logged in, you will see the same menu as before!

New group study rooms
The group rooms in the corridor between Café Västan and the Automation Lab (on the entrance floor, between the E and D buildings) are now open to students.
For the time being, they can be used for drop-in study sessions and cannot be booked.

Are you looking for your teacher?
If you want to meet with your teacher, you have to book an appointment. You find the contact details at hv.se
And if you need to submit certificates or forms, they can be left in the Service Center.
