Road Hero: AI-assisted reporting, the communicating driver

The bus industry and commercial transport industry's incident and deviation reporting is inadequate. The reporting rate is low, the reports are of poor quality and the reporting processes are complex and difficult to overview. In this work, we want to better understand the reporting process, what can be improved and develop technology that interacts with the driver's work environment.
