International Women's Day, March 8
Today is International Women's Day. University West notices this through lecture and conversation about the struggle in Iran: "Woman, Life, Freedom". In addition, film screening of the movie "Greta". Lunchwrap is offered for the movie and coffee and cake for the lecture (first come).
From Bohuslän's museum we have borrowed the exhibition "Mod 2021" - a exhibition on what the struggle for female political voting rights looked like in Bohuslän. The exhibition can be seen throughout week 10 outside the library, second floor. |
